At The Polished Chameleon, we are committed to delivering premium automotive care across all our services, including Ceramic Tinting, Wraps, PPF & PPS, Bodywork, Facelifts, Detailing, and Ceramic Coating.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. Every vehicle undergoes a quality inspection prior to handover to ensure workmanship meets our standards.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. Where a verified workmanship issue exists, we will:

  • Rework or correct the affected area at no additional cost, or

  • Offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where corrective action is not feasible.

This policy does not cover concerns arising from misuse, accidents, neglect, environmental exposure, or third-party interference after service completion.

While your vehicle is on the premises of The Polished Chameleon, we take reasonable measures to ensure professional handling by trained personnel.

However, vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. The Polished Chameleon shall not be held liable for loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Theft, fire, natural disasters, or force majeure events

  • Pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic defects

  • Items left inside the vehicle that are not removed or declared

Customers are strongly advised to remove all personal belongings prior to service and to disclose any pre-existing damage.

Our liability, where applicable, is strictly limited to damage proven to be caused directly by our negligence during service.

The Polished Chameleon offers warranties on selected services to assure customers of quality workmanship and materials.

Ceramic Window Tinting – 5-Year Warranty

All ceramic window tint installations are covered by a 5-year warranty against:

  • Bubbling

  • Peeling

  • Cracking

  • Discoloration

This warranty applies under normal vehicle use and remains valid provided:

  • The tint is not scratched, tampered with, or physically damaged

  • Aftercare instructions and curing periods are strictly followed

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, sharp objects, misuse, or third-party interference.


Wraps, PPS & PPF
  • Wraps, PPS, and PPF installations are warrantied based on the product used and installation scope.

  • Warranty covers lifting, peeling, and adhesive failure under normal conditions.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Impact damage

  • Improper washing or chemical exposure

  • Normal wear and tear

Ceramic Coating
  • Ceramic coating durability varies depending on the selected package and maintenance routine.

  • Warranty remains valid only if recommended aftercare and maintenance guidelines are followed.

  • Improper washing, chemical exposure, neglect, or accidents void the warranty.

Body Work & Facelift Services
  • Bodywork and facelift services are warrantied for workmanship quality at the point of handover.

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, environmental exposure, or damage caused after collection.

General Warranty Conditions
  • All warranties apply to the original vehicle and owner only.

  • Proof of service is required for all warranty claims.

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by The Polished Chameleon.

  • Failure to observe curing periods

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void applicable warranties.
